Self-Observation and The Michael Teachings

Self observation is the primary practice encouraged within the Michael Teachings for furthering our own personal growth and progress along the path of return to the Tao.
The practice of self observation and application of the teachings to our daily lives encourages the conversion of the merely theoretical comprehension into a practical, working knowledge based upon experiential wisdom.

Self observation is also the most important tool and fundamental step in meditation practice. Unfortunately, many self help systems overlook this step completely. The idea is to observe your self completely without judgment. It's also a great way to release residual stress or tension from your day and to become more fully present to the now moment.  You can experience a quiet mind right now with this quick meditation tool and self observation technique.
